Martin P. Fladerer

Wissensbereiche: Psychologie, Leadership

My research is essentially concerned with two questions: Who am I and who are we? Identity is a central construct in psychological leadership research. My work concentrates on the personal identity (studies on authentic leadership) and the social identity (studies on identification and 15  identity design) of managers and employees. I am particularly interested in the effects of identity processes on effectiveness and health.
