Wissensbereiche:

In recent decades the population has become a multitude, not least due to migration. The concept of multiplicity is intended to make it clear that this is an inescapable condition of (post-)modern societies. This is neither a reason for belittling (diversity is good or similar) nor for fantasies of the end of the world (we abolish ourselves...). The question is how this multiplicity is shaped. The books "Interculture" and "Collaboration" explore this question, firstly with regard to the institutions that must be "fit" for diversity, and secondly with regard to the individuals who need the ability to cooperate in the face of diversity.

The community must convince the responsible individuals of their belonging: while we collaborate, we invent ourselves.
